The "Home" Team takes pride in always giving back to our community! Part of our mission to consistently be active in our community and look for ways to give back while also hosting various events throughout the year.

Our Community Garage Sales
Annual Homefield Subdivision Garage Sale
Spring Garage Sale is April 27th 2024! Contact us today to register your sale.
Thank you to everyone for their continued support and participation in our annual Homefield Garage Sale. Here is how it works - Contact us to let us know you are interested, we will add you to the roster for the sale, then before the sale begins, we will bring you a mailbox garage sale balloon and place directional arrows throughout the neighborhood to help you have a great garage sale! We will also be sharing the sale through all our social media outlets to help bring you lots of shoppers.
If you would like to participate in an upcoming sale, please email Sue Conradt at sueconradt@gmail.com or text here at 314-330-7133. Please provide her with your name, address, best email, and phone number. Sue will be in touch with you to confirm your registration. We will deliver a custom garage sale balloon for your mailbox and place arrows around the neighborhood no later than the Friday before the sale. The sale runs from 7am to 1pm on Saturday, but many participants also wish to have Friday Night pre-sales and those sales are at the discretions of each homeowner and not required to be part of our sponsored garage sale.

Annual Free Shred Day
April 27th, 2024 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Every spring our office ,Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker Lake St Louis/Wentzville, hosts a Free Community Shred Day. This is a day when you can bring in all the items that you need shredded and we will shred it for you free. Load your car up with the items you need shredded, drive in, and it will be shredded for you right then and there. No charge, very easy, just drive in, drop off your paper items, and it's shredded on the spot - a perfect way to kick off Spring Cleaning in your home. We kindly ask for a five-box limit per car so we can quickly serve more people in our community. When you drive in, your boxes will be emptied and shredded and then your boxes will be returned to you. Our office is located at 3401 Technology Drive, Lake St Louis, MO 63367 - across from The Meadows Shopping Center. Call us if you have any questions!
Support for Community Groups
The "Home" Team also seeks opportunities to provide support to local community groups and activities happening in the community. From our giveaways to help volunteering & sponsoring events with local schools or groups like the Lake St Louis Mother's Club, the Incline Village Annual Golf Tournament, and Horizon's Housing Foundation, we are dedicated to helping however we can. The "Home" Team is happy to support those groups that are focused on making our communities great places to live!
